Before submitting to the Labeled Advocacy Contest, please join us for a free 2 hour Mental Health and Expressive Recovery Workshop. Introducing implementable recovery-based modalities (Positive Psychology, Acceptance and Commitment, Mindfulness, Behavioral Activation and Cognitive Behavioral Awareness). Participants will learn to use images and symbols to tell their stories discovering new pathways to communication, wellness and transformation.

Participants will continue by creating a trans-media story piece using elements introduced during the workshops. Including film, photography, writing & drawing, choosing their own projects and themes with the connecting topic of mental health expression as a focus.

There will be 2 opportunities to attend March 2nd & March 23rd. Both will begin at 7pm MST. Link will be provided to those who sign up.
