We have all be struggling with mental health for the past few years. Whether for the first time or learning to live with recurrent hurdles. Stigma can add more unneeded difficulties. Many in our community still view mental illness symptoms as threatening and uncomfortable which fosters discrimination towards such issues. This stigma creates an unhealthy environment for those trying to heal and enjoy life. In this free workshop, you will gain valuable insight in support and understanding the warnings and benefits of mental health. Whether for yourself, friends, family or community, this workshop is for you.
