Crying with Laughter Workshop

Ever wanted to stand up for your mental health? Celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month by laughing together. No experience necessary. We’ll inspire each other to find the light in the dark... then get on stage and tell everyone! No performance necessary. Youth of all ages!

We’re teaming up with PBS Utah. Come along to the workshops to craft your set then show off what you’ve got on May 29th supported by comedians who choose to do this all the time!

Participants can be any age. Material will be mental health related…in a positive way.

  • What? - A celebration and elevation of youth mental health.

  • Where? - SLC Library - Sprague Branch, 2131 S 1100 E, Salt Lake City, UT 84106

  • When? - Workshops - May 9th & 23rd 6pm-8pm, Rehearsal option May 25th 12pm-2pm. Show May 29th 7PM

  • Why? - To elevate mental health awareness and create community.

  • Cost? - Free! other than commitment. But you will get paid $50 on performance.
