Nowhere to be? – Don’t set the alarm. – Tap the snooze button. – Take that extra wee bit to rest. – If you can, have a full lazy day!
7. Cook your comfort.
Tasty can be healthy. – Use serotonin boosting ingredients. – Tofu, salmon, eggs, cheese and…
Dark chocolate all taste great and can help you feel great.- Eat and be merry.
8. Play a game.
Get a physical or mental work out. – Release endorphins by moving your body or your mind. – Play games online or outside. – It’s a win win.
9. Wear comfy clothes.
Wow that feels good! – Bonus if it’s a old concert t-shirt to enjoy the nostalgia too. – Feelin’ good and lookin’ good.
10. Watch the sunset.
Look out the window or go for a walk/drive. – Find a spot to watch. – Try to describe the colours. – (they are never the same)
